For all cancellations, we ask you to give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we may open your time slots for other people.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date will be refunded 1/2 of their payment.
For cancelations due to bad weather, we will issue a full refund
or suggest you reschedule for another time.

Do I need a license to rent one of your ebikes?
No! You are not required to have a driver’s license to ride any of our ebikes.
How fast/far do your ebikes go?
We rent out Class 2 Electric Bicycles, with a top speed of 20mph with either throttle or pedal assist.
Our bikes have a range of between 25-45 miles on a single charge, depending on the use of the throttle, pedal assist and weight of the rider.
What happens if I get a flat tire or run out of battery?
We offer free service calls for all of our customers. Contact us hereanytime during your rental (link to Contact page); we will come to your location and get you back on the road.
If we cannot resolve the issue within a timely manner, we will:
Provide a replacement rental free of charge
Partial or full refund
How long is a daily rental?
Our daily rentals are from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The earlier you choose your delivery time, the longer you can ride. Book 24 hours in advance for the best times.
What if I want to change my pickup/drop off location?
Call or text us anytime at (912) 289-5629 and we will resolve any issues quickly and with great satisfaction.
What happens if I damage the bike, or it is stolen?
Customers are liable for all damage beyond normal wear and tear, including theft. Click here for more information.
Is there a security deposit?
For rentals longer than 1 day, or rentals of 2 or more bikes, a security deposit equal to 1/2 the total rental cost is required.
A credit card is required for security deposits.
Ex. A 2 day rental costing $160 requires a security deposit of $80
